To Every Thing There is a Season

Today, I'm thinking about this book. We got it in a box of books from Dave's mom (she was a teacher) and it's one of my favorites to read to Alta. Next week Dave starts another hard rotation (80 hr weeks) after being on a radiology elective + vacation for the past few weeks. I'm starting to accept that life is this way - a time for fun, a time for work, a time for happiness, a time for frustration, a time for loneliness and confusion, and a time for absolute peace and happiness. And I'm starting to realize that there is something lovely that comes from each of those times.
